Job summary

RESA Power seeks a Project Manager to organize and lead electrical project teams, coordinate field activities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for customers across the US and Canada. The position focuses on coordinating multi-department efforts, vendors, and customers to achieve safe and efficient operations, with 100% travel in or around Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, or a related industry.
• Hands-on testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-voltage substation equipment (69kV-345kV).
• Strong knowledge of utility, industrial, commercial, or renewable energy environments.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, project execution, and resource coordination.
• Mentor and develop team members through performance reviews.
• Schedule and coordinate field personnel for local/large projects.
• Provide technical guidance, review quotes, and conduct site walks.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance to meet profitability and goals.
• Support process improvements and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports and communicate project status.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and adhere to policies.
• Travel or after-hours work as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
