S&W Contracting Co, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead electrical estimating and field operations in Murfreesboro, TN. The role covers commercial, industrial, and traffic signalization projects, driving profitability from cost estimation through execution.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in electrical construction, strong estimating skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation includes salary plus performance-based commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience managing and estimating commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in electrical estimating workflows, bid preparation, and project cost controls.
• Proven knowledge of electrical design principles, blueprint reading, and NEC regulations.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for commercial, industrial, and traffic signalization contracts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Perform detailed electrical estimations, plan takeoffs, and cost forecasting using estimating software.
• Drive financial efficiency by tracking project costs through WIP reporting tools.
• Oversee field labor, material allocation, and subcontractor schedules to optimize productivity.
• Ensure NEC compliance and adherence to safety policies across projects.
• Develop designs, interpret schematics, and resolve site challenges with field leadership.
• Expand client relations and secure new opportunities to grow regional market share.
