S&W Contracting Co, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial electrical installations for government and federal projects. You will direct field teams, manage safety and quality, and drive project execution from kickoff to closeout.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, NEC and code knowledge, and a Journeyman Electrician license.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading commercial/industrial electrical installations.
• Proven track record directing crews from kickoff to commissioning and closeout.
• Extensive NEC, local codes, and safety protocol knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and mentor electrical crews on complex commercial/industrial power projects.
• Oversee safe installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of switchgear, motor controls, branch circuits, and lighting systems.
• Plan daily field operations, delegate tasks, and align manpower to meet timelines.
• Interpret blueprints, single-line diagrams, and project specs for accurate field execution.
• Ensure NEC and OSHA compliance on all active sites; conduct quality inspections.
