Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with clients and teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams to develop accurate estimates.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to ensure compliance.
