• Coordinate constructability reviews with Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate takeoff quantities and bid scope with estimator team.
• Lead project team on electrical remodels and new construction.
• Progress to Lead Estimator or Lead PM on various projects.
• Lead constructability reviews with Engineering Team.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to complete projects.
• Work with engineers and superintendents to resolve field issues.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and vendors; manage contracts.
• Communicate with owners to update status and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Manage budget, pay applications, and invoices.
