Job summary

DKD Enterprises is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from award to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with owners, GCs, engineers, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on-site across field teams and office staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, job costing, labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, manpower requirements, and procurement plans.
• Monitor project progress and address cost, schedule, or quality issues.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Construction Managers, owners, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with field supervision and project teams.
• Conduct and/or participate in project meetings, and document key decisions and action items.
