Job summary

Veracity Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own budgets, labor productivity, cost projections, procurement, schedules, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical construction and a proven track record in financial management, risk mitigation, and leadership on multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• 3+ years of successful electrical project management with financial responsibility.
• Experience managing projects from startup through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, budgets, forecasting, and WIP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from award to final closeout.
• Own project budgets, job costing, cost-to-complete projections, forecasts, and profitability.
• Review estimates and establish accurate budgets and cost codes.
• Monitor actual costs versus budget and flag overruns early.
• Prepare WIP reporting, financial forecasts, and final costs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, owners, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
