Veracity Electric is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to own commercial electrical projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage budgets, labor productivity, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of field and financial aspects of electrical construction, strong leadership, and a track record of proactive risk mitigation and cost control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• 3+ years of successful electrical project management with responsibility for project financial performance.
• Strong experience with job costing, budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and WIP reporting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, contracts, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from award and pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, job costing, cost-to-complete projections, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery strategies.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align field work with budget and schedule.
