Clear. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and broader North Texas.

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare construction environments
• Knowledge of schedules, coordination, and installation sequencing
• Understanding of budgets, contracts, drawings, and specs
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client relationships
• Willingness to work from active project sites in Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, resources, and overall execution
• Monitor performance to meet timelines and financial targets
• Oversee QA/QC to meet required standards
• Review drawings, specs, and project plans for accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material orders and delivery
• Maintain communication between stakeholders and field teams
• Track progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Support safe working practices and regulatory compliance
