Job summary

Peter Kazella and Associates, Inc is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in Miami, FL. You will oversee cradle-to-grave delivery, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to design standards and safety.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, 5-10 years in data center environments, familiarity with electrical codes, and experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center construction projects as a general contractor.
• Budgets of $100M+ managed.
• Licensed journeyman electrician a plus.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications (electrical & mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave project delivery for data center builds.
• Prepare estimates, plans, and schedules; manage procurement and change orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, budgets, and timelines across projects.
• Maintain logs and reports; oversee on-site supervision and safety.
• Drive safety programs and OSHA compliance on all sites.
