Qualifications

• Experience leading Data Center Construction projects
• 10+ years of managerial experience in electrical/construction teams
• Strong in electrical estimating, scheduling and budget management
• Proven ability to deliver multiple large-scale electrical construction projects safely, on time and within budget
• Client facing/relationship management within mission critical markets
• Willingness to travel regionally and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with clients, contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day delivery of critical facilities projects
• Oversee a team of project managers and provide guidance to PMs and superintendents
• Lead multiple data center construction projects with budgets from $10MM to $200MM+
• Manage contracts, change orders, and financials to protect company interests
• Coordinate vendor/subcontractor quotes, scopes, change orders, and contracts
• Drive company standards in project delivery and maintain cross-department collaboration
• Foster career growth and development within the project teams
