• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects or operations.
• Proven ability to manage design, installation, and commissioning of complex electrical systems (medium/low voltage).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across project phases, aligning scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
• Cultivate long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and growth.
• Oversee project plans and contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Negotiate major purchases and contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics in the ERP system and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Mentor and develop project managers and teams.
