Confidential in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and other sectors from preconstruction through closeout. The role blends electrical knowledge with planning, financial management, leadership, and disciplined cost and schedule control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and milestones.
• Monitor progress and proactively address schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and coordination issues.
• Coordinate activities with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and project profitability.
• Mentor project engineers and less-experienced project managers.
