Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope, schedule and resources for a project.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans, specs and bid form review.
• Plan and organize projects under supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Set objectives and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate them to completion.
• Monitor on-site progress to maintain schedule and budget.
• Review documentation by the Assistant PM before submission.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
