Job summary

iLocatum, a family-owned electrical contracting firm serving Metro Boston, seeks an Electrical Project Manager in Stoneham, MA. You will oversee commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout, guiding foremen and field crews, and coordinating with GCs, engineers, and owners. No overnight travel required.

You should have 4+ years of relevant PM or foreman experience, a field and design-build background, NEC knowledge, and OSHA 10. An electrical license is aPlus.

Family-owned and operating in Metro Boston for over four decades, the people who built it are still running it, and a Project Manager here works with ownership, not around them.

Design-build and fast-track projects make up the majority of the work, which is a meaningful distinction from execution-only project management. You'll be engaged from pre-construction, working alongside the GCs, engineers, and architects who have trusted this firm for years. All projects are within driving distance, so there's no overnight travel in this role. The position opened because project load grew, and the next step from this seat is a senior PM role as that growth continues.

What You'll Do
