True North Consultants, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead design-build and fast-track commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications

4+ years of electrical project management or foreman experience.
Field and design-build background required.
Working knowledge of NEC codes and standards.
Ability to read construction documents, manage multiple active projects, and lead field personnel.
OSHA 10 card required; electrical license preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, including design-build scopes.
Lead foremen and field crews, with direct supervisory responsibility.
Track job costs against budget and produce projection reports.
Coordinate with GCs, engineers, architects, and owners.
Conduct weekly site visits across your active projects.
