Job summary

LeoForce in Pembroke, MA is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. The role requires a senior-level PM with strong budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership skills to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, supervise electricians and apprentices, review designs, procurement, safety compliance, and provide timely progress updates

Qualifications

• MA journeyman license required.
• 5+ years of experience as a PM in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience with union electrical contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to design and implement electrical systems.
• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Review and approve electrical designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by enforcing procedures and rules.
• Stay updated with trends and advancements in the electrical construction industry.

5. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
7. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
