The role focuses on delivering complex projects on time and within budget, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring financial performance and operational excellence. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction PM experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
