Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree in a technical field, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Four (4) years of construction trade experience.
• One (1) year operational experience in project management.
• Requires demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft skills with emphasis on Word and Excel.
• Requires proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, CONEST, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project documents for technical accuracy (Submittals, RI’s, Drawing Revisions, Close-out Documents, etc.).
• Responsible for producing and maintaining a project schedule.
• Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations.
