Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead commercial TI projects from kickoff to closeout. This hands-on role requires someone who has come up through the field and can manage budgets, schedules, and client coordination onsite.

You will oversee crews and subcontractors, handle change orders, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial TI projects and strong electrical knowledge.
• Journeyman electrician or equivalent field background.
• Experience overseeing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership to guide onsite teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement, and profitability.
• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Handle change orders, pricing, negotiations, and material procurement.
• Lead field execution and ensure work is completed safely and correctly.
• Visit jobsites regularly to keep projects moving forward.
• Oversee electrical crews and subcontractors.
• Track project progress using MS Project and Bluebeam.
• Ensure projects meet quality, code, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who still knows the field, understands electrical construction inside and out, and can lead projects onsite from start to finish.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary ~$125K+
