We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead project teams through all phases of construction.

**Position Overview:**

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from estimation to closeout, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader adept at managing project teams, identifying issues, and developing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships with contractors, clients, and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead project teams through all phases of electrical construction projects, from initial estimation to final closeout.

- Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.

- Recognize and address project issues promptly, developing troubleshooting plans to ensure timely resolution.

- Manage relationships with contractors, clients, and vendors to foster collaboration and ensure project success.

- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

- Facilitate project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and align team efforts.

- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and budget adherence.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing improvements as appropriate.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in construction.

- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective troubleshooting plans.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
