Seeking an experienced professional with an engineering background for a Project Management role with an organization focused on renewable energy projects. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire position with hybrid flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree (ideally electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering)
• SCADA system experience strongly preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage all aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery team.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to create and refine project plans.
• Manage communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status, risks/issues, and solutions.
• Actively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources on overlapping project schedules.
• Create and process change orders for additional or out-of-scope work.
• Track and report on project portfolio performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support business development activities, including reviewing pricing estimates and defining project scope.
