Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Las Vegas, NV | Salt Lake City, UT | Omaha, NE

$120,000 – $160,000 Base + Bonus + Relocation

We are working with a leading electrical contractor in the US.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, technically complex electrical projects across data centers, mission-critical, commercial, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure and other major markets.

With a substantial secured backlog and continued expansion across multiple regions, the company is looking to add experienced Project Managers to its teams in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Omaha.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional to join a growing organization and take ownership of major projects from pre-construction through completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful commercial and operational management of large-scale electrical construction projects.

You will work closely with estimating, field leadership, Superintendents, clients, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing large-scale electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Taking ownership of project budgets, cost control, forecasting and profitability
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and tracking key milestones
• Working closely with Superintendents and field teams to coordinate project execution
• Managing client, owner, general contractor and subcontractor relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
• Overseeing procurement, material requirements and major equipment packages
• Reviewing project financials and identifying potential cost and schedule risks
• Coordinating with estimating and pre-construction teams during project turnover
• Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication across project teams
• Managing subcontractors, vendors and other project partners
• Supporting commissioning, punch, closeout and final turnover
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and project execution
• Providing regular project reporting to senior leadership

What They Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrical construction Project Manager with a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery and the ability to manage both commercial and operational aspects of a project.

You should ideally have:

• 5+ years of electrical construction Project Management experience
• A strong electrical contracting background – required
• Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+, with larger project experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and field operations
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and change management
• Strong scheduling and project-controls experience
• Experience working directly with owners, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple project functions and competing priorities
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large field teams and Superintendents

Experience delivering data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, commercial or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.

Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000, depending on experience and project background

Bonus: Performance/project-based bonus opportunities

Per Diem: Available for qualifying travel/project assignments

Signing Bonus: Available for select candidates
