Electrical Project Manager

Job Locations: US-MD-Sparks | US-PA-Harrisburg | US-MD-Fulton | US-DC-Washington

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical oversight for the electrical engineering group and execute QAQC on project deliverables.
2. Guide design engineers on mechanical design decisions, equipment selection, and development of drawings, specifications, and calculations.
3. Act as client point of contact and project manager for complex projects with multiple disciplines.
4. Maintain a strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles; knowledge of Low Voltage, Arc Flash, Energy Conservation, Mechanical, and Fire Protection is a plus.
5. Develop proposals, review contracts, and manage project budgets and scope.
6. Assist in workload planning and coordinate with project stakeholders.
7. Travel occasionally to project sites for documentation and construction punch outs.
8. Maintain and develop client relationships, especially in sectors like healthcare, industrial, and retail.
9. Possess a PE License.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 7-12 years of professional experience.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Performance Expectations:

• Complete annual training and mentor staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure project safety and compliance.
• Manage project routines, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Conduct site visits, prepare designs, and interpret technical documents.
• Operate within budget parameters and deliver projects on time and within scope.
