Integrated Building Solutions in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical design-build projects across our national footprint. This role reports to the Operations Director and requires hands-on management of resources, schedules, and customer relations to ensure profitable, on-time delivery.
You will coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E and company standards.

As an EOS “Traction” company (Right Person/Right Seat) the successful candidate is a fully competent electrical project manager with functional knowledge and in-depth experience in commercial construction, including electrical systems.

You bring a minimum of three (3) years of experience working for an electrical design build contractor. You have thorough knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E, you can produce on-time and profitable projects, and demonstrate the following:
You possess meticulous work habits including close attention to detail, time management, people skills, problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational skills, ability to effectively communicate and present technical information verbally and in writing via Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.
Education: High School diploma with trade and/or college project management schooling or related field.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years working for an electrical design build contractor.
