Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Dallas is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical electrical construction and data center projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will lead project teams from kickoff to closeout, develop schedules and budgets, manage procurement and subcontractors, and ensure safety, on-time delivery and profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical construction project management experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical and data center electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas‐Fort Worth area.

This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented construction professional who enjoys leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering exceptional client experiences from project kickoff through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
