**Job Details**

Our company is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in Bluebeam, Plangrid, Sage, and Procore, and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful project management in the electrical field. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, and is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities:**

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Plangrid, Sage, and Procore to effectively manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and all parties are kept informed of project status.
• Develop project budgets and financial forecasts, and manage project costs to ensure profitability.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.

**Qualifications:**
A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management (distribution centers, cold storage facilities, etc).
Proficient in the use of Bluebeam, Plangrid, Sage, and Procore.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, design principles, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction.
