Job summary

Colorado Lighting (CLI Services) is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee all aspects of project execution from planning through closeout. You will coordinate teams, materials, and schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

The role requires a Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license with 5+ years of field experience, NEC proficiency, and strong leadership. A drug-free workplace and pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in commercial electrical work.
• Proficient in NEC; strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; leadership and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement electrical projects from start to finish.
• Daily field work; 80%+ of weeks in the field.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and ensure satisfaction.
• Source materials and coordinate with purchasing; assist warehouse for materials/tools.
• Lead project closeout and manage documentation, punch walks, and data input.
