Job summary

You will work under the General Foreman/Superintendent, supervise a crew, and ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning work, inspecting completed work for quality, reporting progress daily, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Four years of industrial experience supervising electrical craft employees.
• Current Journey/Apprentice license or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a work crew and organize assigned tasks.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate electrical craft personnel to complete construction and maintenance tasks.
• Develop work plans, assign tasks, and supervise activity.
• Inspect, test, and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records and materials inventory.
• Promote safety and enforce safety policies.
