Job summary

Kingdom Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Foreman to lead electrical work on commercial and multifamily construction projects in Denver and across the Colorado Front Range. This role focuses on supervising field crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.

Qualifications

Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License required.
Four+ years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial or multifamily construction.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
Thorough understanding of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians and apprentices.
Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Complete and oversee complex electrical installations including conduit, panels, and system connections.
Coordinate project activities with general contractors and other trades.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management.
