Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Able to read and interpret Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience with quantity takeoff and estimating software; Bluebeam preferable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints for accuracy and completeness.
• Determine fixture, device, and equipment quantities and power requirements.
• Calculate wire sizing and voltage drop with a program.
• Use takeoff software to provide total counts and measurements.
• Maintain bid invitations and assist with prioritizing the bid pipeline.
• Review drawings and obtain quotes from suppliers; file and organize quotes.
