Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants seeks an Electrical Project Engineer to support engineering and project management on active construction projects. The role blends project controls, procurement coordination, and ERP administration for a detail-oriented professional.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in energy construction, a BSEE or related field, and strong ERP and MS Office skills to drive process improvements and successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in energy construction.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with ERP management and process improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business applications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Project Management team on engineering and procedural plans, and identify project enhancement / value engineering opportunities
  • Prepare and track project submittals
  • Facilitate the Change Order process; prepare monthly budget analysis and cost-to-complete projections
  • Manage CPM schedule baseline and update
  • Assist with project purchase orders and subcontract
  • Ensure all project materials are approved, delivered, and tracked accordingly
  • Coordinate with the finance department to prepare, review, and evaluate monthly costs
