Interface Americas, Inc in Tennessee seeks an Electrical Project Engineer II with expertise in electrical design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex manufacturing equipment.

You will design power distribution, lead cross-functional teams, and manage projects up to $10MM while complying with NEC/NFPA and safety standards. BS in EE required with 2+ years' experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or higher.
• Minimum 2 years in electrical engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with project management principles.
• Design and troubleshooting of power feed and distribution systems.
• Proficient with Rockwell PLCs, PC controls, servo drives, and VFDs.
• Strong schematic development and AutoCAD Electrical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Design complex control systems for carpet tile manufacturing processes.
• Design power distribution schematics for manufacturing equipment and processes following NEC/NFPA codes.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to maintain and improve equipment.
• Lead project teams delivering complex projects up to $10MM.
• Support the development and maintenance of engineering, maintenance and operational documentation.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality system standards, rules and policies.
• Train and coach junior engineers, engineering technicians, and maintenance.
• Provide project progress updates and reports as needed.
