CESO is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer II to apply technical design skills on diverse projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and more. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior staff, design of lighting and power systems, and coordination with architects and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The candidate will contribute to engineering studies, develop layouts using AutoCAD and Revit, and maintain adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university, 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, AEC industry codes and standards.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Flexible and Hybrid Work Schedule.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Visual Lighting, SKM Power Tools, and BlueBeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts and standards under supervision for various project sizes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to determine scope and equipment needs.
• Attend client and architect meetings and observe construction progress.
• Create and review advanced system layouts, schematics, and schedules.
• Prepare studies, plans, reports, and specifications for projects.
• Oversee drawing preparation and QA/QC reviews.
• Review shop drawings and equipment submittals for conformance.
