Job summary

EVstudio is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer in Colorado to support electrical design on diverse projects and mentor junior staff. The role collaborates with architecture, civil, and MEP disciplines to deliver integrated solutions, focusing on hands-on engineering and project execution.

The candidate brings a 4+ year MEP track record with Revit proficiency, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work and a Denver metro area background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• PE license required (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly).
• Typically 4+ years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit.

Responsibilities

• Support MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi‑family, and mixed‑use projects.
• Serve as a technical consultant on MEP systems designs.
• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Mentor and supervise EITs and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects and other in‑house disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards.
