Job summary

EVstudio in Denver is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design on a range of projects and mentor junior staff. The role collaborates with architecture, civil, MEP, and structural groups to deliver integrated solutions.

You’ll manage hands-on engineering and project execution while shaping best practices and advancing the Denver office’s success. Strong senior contributions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain quickly.
• 4+ years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and project management for diverse project types.
• Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs.
• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Mentor and supervise EITs and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes and internal design standards.
