Stillpoint AEC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical systems design for buildings in an MEP/AEC setting. You will perform load calculations, develop diagrams, and prepare construction documents while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid/onsite opportunities, opportunities for project ownership, and support for PE licensure as you advance within a respected, award-winning firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
• Current electrical building systems design experience in MEP/AEC environment
• Experience with power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and fire alarm systems
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates progressing toward PE will be considered
• Proficiency with Rev it, AutoCAD and industry tools

Mansioni

• Design building electrical systems: power distribution, lighting, emergency/standby power, fire alarm, grounding, low-voltage
• Perform load calculations, voltage drop, short-circuit, coordination studies, equipment sizing
• Develop power distribution layouts, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, lighting layouts and controls
• Design electrical service and distribution including transformers, switchgear, generators, panels
• Prepare calculations, reports, plans, specs, and construction documents
• Apply NEC, NFPA, energy codes and design standards
• Coordinate electrical with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and other disciplines
• Support through all design phases: schematic, DD, CD, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
