Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Project Engineer in Plain City, OH. You will assist planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting electrical construction projects to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

This in-person role develops into an Assistant Project Manager through mentoring and hands-on exposure to estimating, scheduling, and document control across multiple markets including commercial and healthcare.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering (desirable).
• Electrical construction knowledge via apprenticeship acceptable.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a process.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and responsiveness to customers and team.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in estimating hand off meetings.
• Assist in managing documents for the Field.
• Help establish project schedules with the PM.
• Create cost code allocations from initial estimates.
• Coordinate prefabrication opportunities with Prefab Manager.
• Assist with project change orders and RFIs.
• Ensure drawings are current at the office and field.
• Visit job sites and attend meetings as needed.
• Support project close-out materials and as-builts.
