Job summary

EMCOR Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support the design of electrical power, lighting, data, and technology systems for educational and government projects.

You will work with an experienced Electrical Engineer to develop complete, clear designs and energy-saving solutions. Responsibilities include load calculations, field investigations, drafting, and coordination with project developers and estimators.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar accredited program.
• Professional licensing or certifications encouraged but not required.
• Intrastate travel required with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical load calculations for buildings and systems.
• Conduct energy and operational analysis to optimize designs.
• Provide drafting and design support using AutoCAD.
• Assist in commissioning and field inspections during construction.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors.
