Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team in the Nashville, PA area. The role focuses on managing capital and major repair projects, providing day-to-day technical support as needed, and delivering power systems expertise within the Utilities Department.

You will perform front end studies on potential projects, develop and maintain dynamic capital and major repair plans, and support operations to meet safety, environmental, quality, cost and schedule targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years capital project experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform front end studies on potential capital projects with high business impacts.
• Develop and maintain dynamic capital and major repair plans, adjusting to the ever-changing needs of the mill.
• Support Engineering and Maintenance resources in the implementation of capital and major repair projects with strong emphasis on safety, environmental impact, quality, cost, and schedule.
