Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of SolidWorks Designer or similar role experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks Electrical software.
• Experience in electrical design in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of PLCs and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets based on project goals.
• Manage project execution to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts.
• Support integration of electrical components into assemblies and machinery.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Generate technical drawings and BOMs for production.
• Lead design reviews and implement approved improvements.
• Create prototypes and conduct testing.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, UL, IMP safety standards.
