JMT is seeking a degreed electrical engineer with the desire to work within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment within a growing organization. The role involves working with senior engineering staff from initial conceptual electrical design to construction and commissioning of projects across various facilities. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with a diverse team to solve complex problems and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate is motivated to excel and see challenges as opportunities for growth.
Typical projects include facilities engineering and design in educational, public works, water/wastewater, transportation, transit, healthcare, and aviation sectors. Candidates with experience in building electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control, and communication systems are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $100K to $145K, based on experience, education, and certifications. Benefits include an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), paid leave, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and education reimbursement.
Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork requiring outdoor activity and regional travel. Some lifting may be necessary.
