Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project coordination/management.
• Journeyman Electrician’s License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with preconstruction teams to support estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Reviews and coordinates scopes of work with drawings, specifications, and project objectives.
• Prepares and reviews submittals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Compiles and analyzes pay applications, change requests, and other financial documents.
• Participates in subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Assists in contract administration, including monitoring deliverables and compliance with terms.
• Oversees time tracking and reporting in coordination with field supervision and admin staff.
• Communicates with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to support alignment.
• Organizes project meetings and drafts correspondence and reports.
