Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical construction experience in PM/PMO roles on commercial projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with take-offs and change order estimates.
• Strong ability to read plans and specs; knowledge of NEC/NFPA/NECA codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering studies, change orders, estimating with engineers.
• Prepare submittals and RFIs; manage information requests.
• Collaborate with owners/clients on planning and specifications.
• Track job costs and forecast monthly revenue streams; manage QA/QC.
• Establish monthly billing procedures and cost control reporting.
• Assist with bid turnover, procurement, and project startup processes.
• Maintain project documents using Bluebeam Studio and SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain vendor/client relationships.
