Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Valdosta, GA and locations across the Southeast is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide high-level project administration for Project Superintendents, organize documentation, and track phase-by-phase progress.

The role requires strong MS Office, attention to detail, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and clear communication with on-site teams; travel may be required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or related preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong MS Office and keyboard skills; detail oriented and discreet.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes labor productivity for projects.
• Tracks General Contractor, fabrication, and project schedules.
• Coordinates material deliveries and staging at the job site.
• Maintains onsite material inventory and supports timekeeping.
• Attends job site meetings with the Superintendent and PM.
• Provides admin support for schedules, meeting notes, safety logs.
