Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Programs Manager – Electrical to lead market strategies and the bid-to-operations lifecycle for electrical service offerings from Plymouth, MN. The role drives growth, oversees cradle-to-grave programs, and partners with marketing and sales to optimize proposals and go-to-market efforts.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in program/project management, a strong electrical background, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, business administration, service management or related field; PMP preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with program/project management and in partnership with marketing and/or sales functions.
• Demonstrated understanding of the electric vehicle charger industry, clientele, and government incentive programs.
• Advanced experience with Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint; strong with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Proven quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Extensive training and understanding of project life cycle and management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports growth and business sustainment strategies for electrical service solutions cradle to grave.
• Evaluates industry and business trends; analyzes performance and recommends changes.
• Partners with BD to optimize go-to-market strategy and supports proposals.
• Drives new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and selling additional services.
• Directs coordination and governance of sales activities across the sales process.
• Establishes relationships with industry experts through meetings, proposals and negotiations.
• Builds relationships with program managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provides mentoring, training, and guidance to team members.
• Promotes DEI and ethical business practices.
