Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree with 13–15 years experience or 17–19 years total.
• Extensive experience leading electrical construction on large industrial programs.
• Experience managing direct hire and subcontracted workforces.

Responsibilities

• Owns program management of all electrical construction activities across multiple areas.
• Oversee direct hire and subcontracted electrical workforces.
• Establishes and enforces programmatic electrical execution strategies including sequencing and energization planning.
• Ensures continuity of electrical work across all fronts and drives safety and schedule adherence.
• Leads implementation of the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program and ensures compliance across teams.
