Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program related to manufacturing or engineering.
• Available to work full-time from May 17 to August 6, 2027.
• Willing to relocate to listed internship locations; housing stipend and mileage reimbursement provided if relocation >50 miles.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on projects in manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, or project management.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kanban to analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity, material planning, and logistics.
• Participate in trainings, mentorship, and networking to support development.
