Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Midland, TX to provide exceptional customer service, help process orders, and support showroom and warehouse operations. You will build relationships with customers and assist in driving sales for the counter business.

Responsibilities include restocking, keeping the showroom organized, and staying informed on product knowledge to support internal teams and customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in electrical distribution or related sales environments preferred.
• Familiarity with automated order entry systems & PCs running Windows-based software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
