Job summary

Rexel USA in Artesia, NM is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will provide prompt, courteous service to customers, process purchases and returns, and work with the branch team on receiving, shipping, and stocking.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, expanding counter sales, staying informed on product knowledge, and supporting warehouse tasks as needed. A friendly attitude, solid communication, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing of orders.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Support daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized.
• Assist with warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any safety or customer-satisfaction concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
